Hi, my name is Kane. For several years I was slaving away working 12 hour shifts for a private owned medical company that later sold it's majority stake to a bigger corporate company. Now on the most part, they treated their patients amazingly but, treated their employees like dirt! It took me four years with this company to accumulate a one full dollar raise with this company. It was insane! One day, I finally had enough, I was tired of always dreading going to work and my family and friends could see and feel that stress. So, I finally just had to quit! It felt so unbelievably good, like a load of stress fell off my shoulders. Yes, I still have a family to provide for, yes, I still had $1500 in bills every month but, I knew that I was destined to do more with my life and had to make that choice no matter the expense.
